We offer the Equity Roadmap© by Anti & Haney (2022) as a tool to culture the change within your organization to create the healthy racial equity future that does not yet exist. Designed as a guide with milestones, signposts, and navigation tools, its adaptability allows you to assess when the future requires us to use familiar paths and when we need some imaginative off-roading.

As the Enterculture workshop models, the path can be linear and does build from stop to stop. And your journey will also be intermittent, recursive, expansive, cyclical, and meandering at times.
